If you are a mother like me you will know that being a mother is a full-time job. Between working, taking care of the house, and trying to feed your family you may have come to ask your self or husband “What are we eating tonight”? Believe it or not, I have been in your shoes. Personally, sometimes I become tired of eating the same simple throw together meals over and over again. Check out this recipe on “Philly cheese Sliders”. I have personally made these for the family and if you have little ones like me, this is one meal that will have your child cleaning the plate. Down below is a link for the recipe…but I also have included pictures of how this meal is supposed to be made.
Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 and set aside all materials that will be needed (depending on your preference you can add mayo. Me, I personally do not like to add mayo, but it is all up to you). If you are serving more than the number of rolls in a pack (12 rolls) double up on your meat, veggies, and butter and cheese)
Step 2. While the oven is heating up… I next start with the meat. Chop the meat up in the pan into nice thin pieces to spread out in the inside of the bread. Add salt and pepper for flavor.
Step 3. After your meat is chopped, chop up the veggies and melt a teaspoon of butter.
Step 4. Place the rolls into a pan cutting the rolls in half. On the bottom side of the rolls add meat, veggies, and cheese. If you prefer using mayo, on the top side of the rolls add mayo.
Step 5. Place the top half of the rolls back over the bottom half coating the top of the rolls with butter.
Step 6. Place rolls into the oven… to cook the sliders turn timer on for 10 min…any longer your sliders will burn.
Step 7. Once the timer is done take food out the oven and let cool… cut sliders and Bon Appetite!
